David Fullmer
CEO / Owner
David has 25 years of experience in construction, starting with roofing and expanding into framing and other areas. He discovered a passion for artistic natural stone masonry and founded his general construction company in Utah in 1999. After moving to Hawaii, he returned to roofing, founding FBC Roofing in 2008. With his brothers, he expanded the business, installing over 12,000 roofs across Hawaii and the States.
Sonny Leandro
Vice President of Commercial Division
With over 31 years in General Construction, Distribution, Manufacturing, and Roofing, Sonny started at 17, building homes in Hawaii. He founded SNS Homes, then launched RSI Roofing in 2000, training roofing pros and expanding statewide. By 2015, he founded Roofline Supply, reaching $24M in revenue before selling in 2019. Now back in General Construction, Sonny's custom projects have been featured in industry magazines.
Ryan Hernandez
Vice President of Operations
Ryan brings 27 years of roofing and construction experience, starting as a laborer in concrete and roofing. He advanced quickly, becoming a union foreman in Hawaii specializing in low and steep slope roofing. After moving to Washington, he and his wife opened a roofing company that grew into custom home building. Returning to Hawaii, Ryan worked as a superintendent and project manager before moving to Texas to lead operations, known for his detail-oriented approach and collaboration.
Blyane Leach
Safety Director
Blyane Leach is a Safety Professional and an Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) expert with 12 years of experience. He excels in identifying and resolving EHS risks and liabilities, leading program development for various operations. With over 10 years of workers' compensation experience, he has managed loss prevention and claims. His expertise includes environmental permitting, waste management, and safety audits. Blyane is a retired Air Force Veteran who spent 20 years in the military serving and protecting.
DAN LOPEZ
Project Manager
Dan has over 36 years of experience in home building, roofing, and distribution. He began as a laborer in 1988 and rose to Project Manager, contributing to thousands of homes in Southern California for a London-based builder. For 16+ years, Dan has worked as a Sales Manager, Branch Manager, and VP in the Building & Roofing Distribution industry in Hawaii and California. He now leads FBC's commercial division in Hawaii.
Denise Domino
Assistant Project Manager
Denise brings 18 years of expertise in architecture & construction, specializing in K-12 and Commercial Tenant Build-out projects. Her roles as Estimating Coordinator & Assistant Project Manager have spanned projects valued between $300K and $38M. Denise enjoys hiking, the beach, and time with her grandchildren. Notably, she helped secure LEED Gold for five Houston ISD projects, including Burnett Ballard Gym. Another project, Conduit ES, won the Golden Trowel Award.
pono Mendoza
Assistant Project Manager
He began his career 6 years ago as a Roofing Laborer in Hawaii, working on a variety of roofs, ranging from steep-slope custom homes to low-slope commercial projects. He later moved to the mainland as a foreman in the commercial sector, managing 24-hour emergency repairs and overseeing large commercial flat roofs. He advanced to the roles of Project Coordinator and then Assistant Project Manager. The opportunity at FBC has been a significant step in advancing his career.
Kalani Hernandez
Project Coordinator
Kalani has grown up working in the construction industry. He has been a part of small residential and small commercial projects, doing labor work, as well as, assisting with safety on commercial projects. Kalani began his pursuit in the construction industry focusing on the Occupational Health & Safety path. During his Sr. Year in high school he decided to focus more on Project Manager & Estimator side of the roofing industry.
